Progress Update on Raptured

So after last weeks Industry week at Confetti (, which was really inspiring, I have been working on the mechanics of Raptured and I’m pretty happy with them now. The Player can move around the map better and has a Lerping rotation forward to show locomotion, the Souls now after being collected give the player a Blast powerup and cause the Player to have an emissive colour (and eventually a particle effect), and the doors now swing open when hit by the players blast.

The game feels more like a game now and with the implementation of the sound effects and story audio will really feel much more complete, leaving just aesthetics to complete in terms of texturing and lighting.
